the router uses nat technology.

which means it will be the one who takes the ip address that your provider gives you. then with nat it will share it out to all the computers behind the router. so it will give you a 192.168.1.* number.

here is a great site to help you go more indepth
http://computer.howstuffworks.com/router.htm

now if you have an ftp server behind your router, you will need to forward the correct port you are using for your ftp prog (if you havent changed it then its 21) If you do have this forward then i suggest the people who are trying to connect turn off passive mode. What ftp program are you using? Most ftp progs have an area for you to set up if you are using it behind a router.

when you give out your ip address you will need to give them your 66.0.0.0 number not your 192.168.1.*

What router model are you using? I also see that your firmware is from 2002 i suggest seeing if they have an newer verison of firmware for you to install
