micro-atx motherboard case question...

Hello. Does a micro-atx motherboard need to have a micro-atx compatible case? I'm looking for a case for my motherboard and I need a power supply that is compatible with athlon/duron. Are most normal power supplies compatible with athlon/duron?

1. Do I need a specific case for my micro-atx motherboard?
2. Do I need a specific power supply for my athlon/duron board?

1 no a micro atx motherboard will go into a atx case , but a atx motherboard will not fit into a micro atx case . a micro atx motherboard will fit most cases out there .

2 amd recomends a power supply that is dual fan , one fan on the bottom of the supply , fan is positioned right over the cpu , and one on the back . you will want a ps that puts out atleast 15a on the 12v rail .

i posted a case in the deals section that is only 25$ shipped it is a nice deal . the ps that is in there is alittle underpowered so i would get a different power supply . a good budget power supply is this Achieve 500w for 23$ shipped . i use this one myself and like them alot .
