ASUS A7N8X-Deluxe CPU heatsink ?

Will a ThermalRight SLK 800A heatsink mount on an ASUS A7N8X Deluxe mobo without bending the capacitors? Also can a Thermaltake ducting mod be mounted on the ThermalRight SLK-800A heatsink? Sorry about so many questions lately about this set-up but I'd like to know before shelling out the cash and am trying to plan it out a little in advance. Here's the setup I plan to use:

Kingwin KT-436BK-WM Aluminum case.

Asus A7N8X Deluxe motherboard-modded with active chipset coolers on the northbridge and southbridge chips. Vantec Iceberg on southbridge, undecided on northbridge chipset cooler.

AMD XP2500+ Barton-hoping to OC to 200MHz FSB.

ThermalRight SLK800A heatsink with 80mm Vantec Tornado, Arctic Silver Ceramique, Thermaltake ducting mod, and the Overclocker's Vent and Fan Kit from 1coolpc.com bringing fresh air in from the front of the case.

2 80mm Vantec Tornado fans intake in the front of case and 2 Vantec Tornado fans output in the rear of the case controlled by a Vantec Nexus NXP-205 3.5" fan controller.

1 80mm Vantec Tornado fan output blowhole in the top controlled by an Enermax 3.5" System Monitor controll panel(also controlling the CPU's Vantec Tornado).

2 Kingston HyperX 512MB PC3500(1024MB total dual-channel) underclocked to run in-synch with CPU FSB and timings moved to 2-2-2-5-1t(read a review somewhere that did this).

Gainward FX 5900 Ultra 256MB DDR Golden Sample 450/850 stock speed.

250GB Maxtor 7200rpm 8mb cache HDD

Lite-On 16x DVD-ROM drive

Lite-On 52x32x52x CDRW drive

Pioneer DVR-105BK DVD-RW drive

onboard sound and LAN

Logitech Z-640 speakers

A little long-winded but I would reallyu like to know if the ThermalRight SLK-800A will mount on the ASUS A7N8X-Deluxe mobo and if a Thermalright ducting mod will mount on this heatsink. Any and all help appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Omardeth. Any idea if the Thermaltake ducting mod will mount to the SLK-800A heatsink?

Same here. THe aeroflow is great and only $30 for fan and HS! My 2500+ at 3200+ is perfectly happy sittin uder it at 41c full load ambient 80F. The 800U/A will certainly fit this mobo (*have the same) but its REAL tight from reviews Ive read. The Vantec I have just fits as it is. Right against the mobo caps it is-any bigger and its a no go.
