HELP: Seagate Barracuda 80GB/Rattling Sound

I've gone through two Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 80GB hard drives (ST380011A) and both have made a slight rattling sound when shaken (lightly) in various orientations. I've received mixed feelings from Seagate as to whether the drive is damaged. It does pass all of the SeaTools diagnostics but i'm still not sure about the drive. I'd like to know if anyone else who owns this drives has experience the rattling? It happens when the drive is unpowered and removed from the system... it happened right out of the box for me.

I need to know if this indicates that there is a physical or mechanical problem with the drive.

Thanks.
