Kids Recording Software

I'm getting ready to make some of my old audio cassettes into mp3 files. I have a high end AIWA tape deck connected to a Numark Equalizer and then into the line-in on my Santa Cruz. I did this same thing a few years ago, and used a program that came with old Soundblaster card. Totally forgot what it was called. It allowed me to record the songs in a WAV format, and then I converted them into mp3 files.

Here's my question. Can anyone suggest a recording program that I could use? Freebie, shareware or commercial application? I'm going to do some searching on my own, but thought I would start here first.

Thanking all in advance.

Robert

Audiograbber can be used for this purpose, although I have not used it that way myself.

There must be many others....
