Graphics card for digital video

I am building a pc for home use and DV editing. I am stuck on what graphics card to get though. So far, I am planning the following:

Intel 2.4 (800mhz)
ASUS P4P800 MOB (probably)
Dual 200gb HD's in Raid 0
512 (or 1 gb) 333 or 400 DDR

I really don't game much, but want a card that will handle digital video. I use a Sony TRV950 (3 CCD), and want to create DVD's for home use, and some for work as well.

I am trying to keep price w/in reason, yet still build a relatively "hi-end" system.

I will also want DVI, and TV out. Will probably want to be able to watch TV on my monitor too.

Looking at:
MSI FX560-VTDR128

Have consider the: ATI 8500 dv AIW

It's difficult to separate out the features that are good for gaming, vs the ones that are good for digital video - maybe they are one in the same...

This is my 1st complete build project, and looking forward to it.

Thanks.

Go with the 8500 all in wonder. Do you have firewire? Or I-link as my sony calls it. I have a handycam too and you WANT firewire for it as it allows two way data transfer (can capture to camera too) and its 100 time faster than any other method. The DV version of all in wonder adds a firewire port. But if you have it on mobo the non DV version is the same without adding ports you already have. When it comes to video capture ATI takes the crwon. So if you want GREAT digital capture and tv while still gaming good at good price then 8500 is the only choice. The 8500 I have still kicks games great. 2d qualtiy is superb and the built in dvd hardware decoding features great too! Keep in mind the newer ati's also have DivX acceleration built in. 9500pro and up feature this.
