Connected at 10 Mbs, how to get 100 mbs

Have 3 machines hardwired to a LinkSys router.

My primary PIII is connected at 10 Mbs and my 2 "satellite" PII machines are connected at 100 Mbs.

My nic on the PIII is a 3Com 3C900-TPO.

I cannot figure out how to get the PIII up to 100.

You can't. That card is only rated at 10Mbs. You need a new nic.
