Kids Cable Testers

I'm looking at getting a cable tester to aid me in my job. I'd like to be able to determine if the building is wired properly as well as be able to trace the cables from place to place. (Poking my head into the ceiling and tugging isn't working too well. )

I saw the following 2 that look descent at NewEgg. I was wondering if anybody has any comments or advice for me. I really have no idea how they work, features to look for, or things to look out for. (This is why I'm posting here. )

I would recommend the one I use at work. It's from Black Box Corporation.

It's the TVR10/100 LAN Tester.

It can do cable tests (make sure all pairs are good), tone generation and can tell you which side of a connection is bad.

I'm not sure how much it cost but it's a very good tool.
