Hey Guys!
Quick question here...Win2K is the OS. Print sharing is the topic.
Here's what is happening...I have 30+ computers and 45 users here that share 2 or 3 network printers over a LAN. I go to a computer, add the printer drivers locally, add a TCP/IP port to connect to the printer's IP Address, everything works fine. However, when I log off and the next person logs on, I have to do it all over again. So you see what I'm getting at here? We just purchased a new printer and I DO NOT want to have to load this stinkin' thing 45 times!
What is the best way to load the drivers onto the 2K box so that no matter who logs in, they will have access to the printer from the get-go? I'm not quite sure what to do to be honest and rather than call my network goobers, I turn to you.
So what say you?
Thanks!
Mike
