problems with internet explorer

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.0.2195.6685 Offset: 0000f057


Win2k pro, ancient comp p3 550mhz , 384 sd ram, 40 gig hdd

well internet explorer has been crashing by istself since i installed msn 6 with the update( approximately started happening about 3 days ago). i have no idea what to do, it's either a problem with the ram, internet explorer my mother board or mother board drivers or anything else u might come up with i really have no idea. ive tried reinstalling internet explorer but to no avial.

plz help and thnx in advance

Have you ran windows update? Downloaded and installed all of the critical updates / service patches / driver patches?

i figured out what it was, it had nothing to do with my hardware or naything like that it wus actualy a highjack attemp that was sucssesful i have gotten rid of it and used adware pro v 6 to do it. now back to speeding up my connection thnx for your help
