Sunon 9.1 CFM fan - is it adequate for slight overclocking on my Radeon 8500LE?

The stock fan on my Radeon 8500LE burned out about a month ago, so I replaced it with a Sunon KD1204PKB1 which I screwed on top of the stock heatsink. I don't have any kind of temp monitor on the GPU, and I've never done any overclocking before... so does anybody know if this fan (it's 40x40 with 9.1 CFM) would be adequate to clock it back up to a regular 8500 level (I believe 275/275 instead of 250/275)?

Keep in mind I've not done any overclocking before, and if possible I'd like some general overclocking advice as well. Thanks!

Anybody? I just want to know if it's an adequate cooling solution.
