Help on Placement of Case Fans

I have an Enermax case, but I'm not sure what the model is. It is fitted to hold one fan on top, two in the back, one on the side panel, and one inside on the front panel but with no hole through the front so it basically just blows air from inside the case. Can anyone suggest what setup I should use for my fans, like which fans should I set as intake and which ones as exhaust. Thank you for your time.

Top fan should exhaust warm air.

Back fans should exhaust warm air.

Side panel fan should draw in cool air.

Front fan should draw in cool air. Also most front fans have vents holes in the lower front of the case or bottom of the case in which they draw in fresh cool air.

Ditto.

But if your up for some tesing, you could also try swapping the back fans to intake. On one of my builds i found by swapping the fan on the back to intake it dropped temps by acouple C. But then in another case it worked the opposite...

i failed to mention... the front panel can hold an 80mm or a 120mm fan. would there be any reason for me to use an 80mm over a 120mm fan?

The 120mm will run quieter while giving the same airflow. The 80mm will probably me cheaper & more readily available from ya local PC shops...

I added a blowhole to my case and the temps went up .

Thanks for all your help. One more thing: does anyone know how to switch the direction of the power supply fan? Right now it's on intake, but I read somewhere that it should be exhaust.

switching my side fan from in to out dropped case temps 5 degrees. every system is different, start with the suggested placements and see how that works for you. if you aren't satisfied or have time on your hands, try flipping one around...
