Have you checked if the jumpers were correct on the cd-rom?
Also the lens is clean and the xp disk is clean?
Was windows installed on this machine previously? or a clean install?
Try making boot floppy's for xp, the boot disks.
http://www.bootdisk.com/
Get 4 disks and grab the windows xp boot images from that site.
Make sure you have it switch to boot from floppy first.

do you need to use a bootdisk when an OS was installed on another computer before?

NVIDIA Boot Agent, PXE-2.0 (build 082 V1.82) ??

Kinda looks to me like the system was set to boot from the SATA RAID controller in the BIOS... changed to boot from floppy and everything was apparently fine after that.

You can use the same CD on the new computer (or any for that matter) but you may have to phone Microsoft when you activate it due to the hardware changes.
