Systems I/O Shield trouble, help quick!

I'm in the process of building my first computer, and I've stumbled onto a problem: the case I bought has an I/O shield already in it, but its the wrong type for my motherboard! The motherboard came with its own I/O shield, which I want to install, but have no idea on how to remove the current I/O shield. Help!

Usually they just pop in and out. No screws or nails. Start from the corner and press firmly (but gently).
