BIOS set up menu keeps appearing

I have a PC with Windows 2000. The PC is a gateway laptop. Everytime I turn it on, the BIOS set up menu appears. Any ideas why this keeps occuring?

That is an unusual one!
My first thought would be to go into the BIOS and see if there is some setting that somehow became enabled/disabled
Next thought, password(s) Although it sounds like you have no password(s) create one and then remove it.
If that dosen't work maybe try clearing your BIOS and then reconfiguring it.
Gotta ponder this one a bit more. Keep us informed.
