I looked at their site, but was unable to find out what technology they use to login to their network.

Find out if they give you a Static IP, DHCP, or use PPPoE or PPTP. Any of these are compatible "out-of-the-box" w/ the BEFSR41.

If they use some proprietary means, then you could have problems.

It also looks like you're going to be getting a USB modem unless you already have one. I would recommend you either get your own compliant modem that is NOT USB. You'll find it to be friendlier in the long run.
