OK.. i've tried everything now and i can't get my CPU temp below 49C under load.. ive got 4 80mm case fans setup like so:
4 80mm fans 2 in & 2 out +PSU (one in from front one in & up from bottom, 1 out from back and one up & out from top).... what else can i do besides watercooling to get my temp down?

Under load, 49 is just fine.

Your message title needs to be (and will be) changed. It's out of line.

Dude, you might edit that title, not really appropriate.
Do you have a good thermal grease, like Arctic Silver on there? What's your vcore set to? System specs, etc.

If you do have thermal paste on there, it maybe mis-applied.
You want it VERY thin! like paper thin!

What kind of heatsink and fan?

it was a coolermaster with a 60MM fan but i put an 80mm on it with an adapter hoping it would help but nothing yet

I had the same problem with one of the rigs I built. Turned out that the reapllying the thermal paste and reseating the fan did the trick.

49C is great under full load..

I agree, 49 under load is pretty good. Is that at 100% load? What were you hoping to get your temp down to?

Heck, I'm sitting here at almost total idle...and I'm running 45°C. I push up to 52°C under full load. No worries here.

(These temps are slightly higher than usual for me because we've been having unusually warm...no, unusually HOT weather here lately.)
