need help with tv out on radeon 9800 pro

I need some help,i dont know what happened.I have my videocard and i tried to hook it up to my tv.after i switched a setting. i took the tv out cord plugged it into my vcr,then i restarted my pc.then the computer goes on,and the monitor stays blank.goes idle i think.

is there a way i can fix this or format my harddrive.

im running XP and have a Abit IC7-G motherboard if anyone can help that would be cool

What setting did you change? Does the display come back if you disconnect the vcr? Can you boot in diagnostic mode and if so does the display work? If so, try and change the "setting" back to what it was and reboot without the vcr hooked up.
