Asrock K7S8X Motherboard

Has anyone any views on the Asrock K7S8X motherboard.
Started building a system. Athlon X P 2000 Processor, Maxtor40Gb Drive, Geforce4 MX440 8x Graphics, 256DDR.
It was recommended, i don't want serial ata or raid so it may be ok.

I found a review of it online (http://www.ocworkbench.com/2003/asro...8x/k7s8x-1.htm).. It's made by a subsidiary of Asus with the SiS 746FX chipset.

The benchmarks made it look OK compared to the nForce2 and KT400, but I don't know how SiS is with releasing drivers for their chipsets.
