TechIMO=Slow

I have noticed lately in that past month or so that TechIMO is getting very slow. I have dial up, but it used to be a lot faster. When I press the submit button to submit threads and everything it just sits there for 10 seconds, and before it would go instantly.
Anyone know what is up?

mabye it has to do with this error message i've gotten:

Yeah it's been slow for just about everyone. Some minor MySQL problems.. Too many people browsing the site.

I have had a lot of errors recently (more in the last couple of weeks than all the time before that..)

I wonder if there are updates, or just demand exceeding the ability to supply?
