nVidia OpenGL problem

Whenever I try to play Jedi Outcast or other OpenGL dependant games I get this error message:

"Driver Component sizes mis-match"

I have tried reinstalled the latest driver, older more stable driver, checked my bios for any wrong entries

I use:
Windows XP
2.4P4
1G RAM
128M MSI GeForce4 Ti4200
Asus P4PE mobo

Do you have multiple monitors enabled? If so, disable the secondary monitor.
