Case Problems

I recently bought a Coolermaster case from Fry's. http://coolermaster.com/case/p220.htm The one in the link is like mine except mine says Coolermaster instead of ATCS. I hooked up the power switch, reset switch, and the LEDs to my motherboard. But for some reason the lights never turn on. Anyone know what could be wrong? Also, do you think I could replace those with blue lights so it would match the light that shines through the glass to light up ATCs or in my case CoolerMaster

Maybe you have them on the wrong way? Try flipping them around

Ok, will it electricute me if I touch the little pieces while the board is running or should i turn my comp off?

Shut the computer off, turn off the power supply and unplug it from the PSU, then make your changes.

You really don't have to go that far, but I play it safe.
