Water cooling system HOT
I recently installed water cooling and I spent a good amount of money on it, no cheap stuff. I got it running last night and I felt that the water was getting hott too quickly for some reasona and my CPU was running way to hott.. and eventually turned itself off.
Any water cooling techs know the problem?
For my radiator I have a Black Ice Micro.. I do have a 80mm spinning at 3000 on the radiator.
please help asap!

Welcome to TechIMO sharpsh0t. You felt the water was getting hot... is the water being pumped around?

Welcome to TechIMO!
What makes you think the water was too hot? Is it possible the CPU was hot and the water wasn't? Maybe the water block isn't making full contact with the CPU? Did you use a good thermal compound like Arctic Silver III? If the water was hot, maybe the pump isn't pumping right? If there's air in the system, the pump could be cavitating, and not pumping right. Does the pump make any funny noises? Can you see any air bubbles in the lines? Maybe a kink in one of the hoses? A restriction somewhere? Like debris stuck in the suction of the pump or inside the waterblock. Is the fan on the radiator spinning? Which direction? Usually you have the fan sucking the air through the radiator. Did you record any temperatures?

Did you bleed the system well before running it on the CPU?

It is also possible that the radiator is not getting sufficient cooling from one 80MM 3000RPM fan. Is the radiator getting hot? If so, then the system is doing what it's supposed to, but if the water in the radiator isn't cooled well enough, things will just get hotter and hotter.
You may want to try using two 80MM fans on that radiator, and maybe consider using higher CFM fans on it, as well. Also, how is this radiator situated in your case? Ideally, you'd want it mounted somewhere that there is a good supply of fresh ambient air. Best place thermally would be to mount it somewhere outside of the case, but that may not be practical. Make sure wherever it is, though, that it's not interfering with overall case airflow.
I have mine (innovarad1) mounted at the top of my case, in the empty 5.25 bays, with 2 120MM fans sucking in from the outside of the case.
Definately look at every component of the system closely. Check the waterblock, all of your tubing, and the pump for any oversights or malfunctions as well.

To answer some of the questions..
Yes water is flowing throughout the computer, infact it is flowing fast. Im not sure if I can somehow change the speed or if it should be going slow/fast.
I might try to hook up a fast fan to see if it makes a difference.
I will also double check to see if the water block is secure on the die of the CPU. I used Artic Silver 3.
Minimal amount of bubbles, I let the system run over night to make sure of any leaks or bubble. No funny noises from the pump.
I also will be adding water wetter to the system once it comes in, shipping is slow. Will that make some sort of an impact?
Also, if anyone has any other forums that may help me to post on, It will be a blessing. :] Anything else?

Sounds like the radiator and/or radiator fan are too small for your system. They can't disipate the heat fast enough for the CPU.
Is the radiator really hot?
Where is the radiator located? Is it getting fresh air to the intake? Is the fan drawing air through the radiator or pushing air? You might want to add another fan on the other side of the radiator so that you have one pushing and one pulling air.

I've been thinking about this...don't know why I didn't figure this out before.
It really looks like that 80mm fan just isn't enough...it depends on how much air it pushes though
Here's the thing though, When you look at the underside of the waterblock, can you see yourself in it? If not, you may need to lap it...which means sand it down with 800 - 1500 grade sandpaper until you can see yourself.
