Kids ASUS A7S333 w/ Zalman ZM-NB32J ?

I'm considering chucking the li'l stock heatsink that came on my A7S333 mobo and putting the NB32J on it. The only problem is, there's two capacitors that are VERY near the chipset, less than an inch away on both the right and upper left side (that is, one between the chipset and socket and one between the chipset and AGP slot). My question is:

a) Will the heatsink fit on the chipset without hitting the capacitors?
b) If not, would I have to/be able to dremel off little bits of the heatsink to make it fit?
c) Would I need additional protection for the capacitors nearby?
d) What are the dangers of having a heatsink near or in contact with a capacitor?
e) Should I even bother?

I'm pretty new at this, so any advice is much appreciated.

You should have lots of room for the Zalman heatsink it is not any longer or wider than your stock heatsink it's just taller, so you shouldn't have to dremmel anything. Also I wouldn't worry about the capacitors nearby seeing as the zalman heatsink will run cooler than your stock heatsink.

You probably won't notice any difference in performance, you might (emphasis on the word might) be able to overclock a little higher, I couldn't when I put this heatsink on my board, but my northbridge temp did drop by 2C, and I think it looks alot better than the stock one I had.

Ah, coolness Yeah, I'm not really doing any overclocking - at least, not yet - but ever since the fan on my Radeon died a few months ago I've been paranoid about cooling in my case Plus I just like the look on the damn thing.

Also, pics of my new case + mods that I got yesterday:

I like the case mod, looks pretty good, be aware that the zalman heatsink is more orange than gold if your only going for looks.
