link to open new small window

I need to know how to have a small window open when a link is clicked on. In for example at voodoopc when choosing the parts for the comp theres a link to see info about the part that when clicked on a small window opens up. I am looking to do something like that. I use Dreamweaver 4 but I can also manually insert html coding.

in dreamweaver 4 i highlighted the pic i wanted as my link and went to behaviors and clicked on open browser window.

OOPS. hehe. made a mistake. I was able to make a window the size I want to pop up but its on MouseOver.

Is there a behavior for when someone left clicks?

finally got it. I had to go into the code and manually change MouseOver to MouseDown.
