DSL at T1 speeds

i just called verizon about slow DSL and they said they are offering a faster DSL connection at 1500 kps, the same speed as a T1 connection for the same price as DSL!
they tolled me to call their billing department to sign up.

Well that's their usual download speeds, you will get 1.5mb downloads, uploads are usually still slower than a T1 and it isn't business grade dsl.

There's a difference...many DSL/cable providers offer you T1 speeds...that's not difficult. I had a 1.5mbit cable line for a long time (@home)

But with a T1...not only do you get the 1.5mbit down...you have 1.5mbit up...and it's dedicated.
