Works well with those push pin things that you use to hold fabric on furniture.

I know, I did one like that once.

Had a couple of pizza box ones as well, with all-in-one mobos so didn't need any add-on cards.

Nice to know it can be done when you don't have any spare cases.

I haven't shared this with anyone. If you do this, I want pics!!! I have an idea to build a computer into a coffee table. If you have an LCD monitor it would hardly take up any space at all. Mount the CD drive so it's "flush" with the side of the table, or if you don't mind hollowing out the table a bit, mount it in the table. Mount everything else under the table, and nobody would see it. The only thing visible would be the monitor. I think it'd look pretty cool, and great for emailing during commercials.

I guess theres one good thing aobut cardboard... you wouldnt have to worry about it shorting out against the case

hmm, I work in a box making plant, I could make a fortune...
Some nice C & B flute double wall...

I tried this once myself, but never got it to work - I came to the conclusion that the mobo needed to be grounded.

Does it?

Na, I ran a motherboard on top of the box my keyboard came in, no probs.
