Xeimo.com - Looking for comments for my men's ezine

Hello, i'm almost ready to start pumping out articles and other content for my new men's ezine ( www.xeimo.com ) and wanted to get some feedback on it before i open it to the public. I also have a forum ( www.xeimo.com/talk/index.php ) that i want reviewed.


So far i would like to know more info:

The name, is xeimo.com a good name?
About the logo, any comments on this?
The colors, is maroon a good color for the layout?
The layout itself, too plain? WHat can i do to spice it up?
The whole idea, what do you think about a men's ezine as an idea for a website?

These are some questions i have, i would like to get all the feedback i can on this site before i open it to the public, right now it is open, but not to the public.

couple of quetions why the name xeimo?? what does xe stand for? whats the name supposed to mean?? xeimo entertainment doesn't really fit?

whats the idea behind the site?? you have no nothing suggesting what the site is going to be other than a few forums? are there going to be some user reviews atricles what? it just says what the site is dedicated to?

not to make this sound rude but it looks like you just took the techimo premise skinned it was some different colors and are trying to make it a site.

now on a good note I like the idea of the forum but it shouldn't be entertaiment talk unless your gearing it solely towards music or video's or movies

I plan on writing articles for the site, and hiring some people to write articles.

And is it me, or do i just not see how techimo and xeimo look the same? Yes they both have imo at the end, but that ended up being a coincidence.

I didn't really mean just the name I meant the entire layout buttons and all. However I'm not seeing the idea behind using the name XeIMO guess i guess don't get it. nad no it doesn't have to mean anything I was just curious.
