Vid card swap

Ok, assuming I bought the Toshiba M10, 1.5GHz P-M, 512 DDR, 15" UXGA, 60gig, 32mb gf4 420, 24x cdrw/dvd

Would it be possible to put a different graphics daughter board in there (another nvidia product)? Assuming I could find a 64mb 440 or a 64mb 4200 go.

I can't see the ports being in different locations, but I'm probably wrong about that.

This model has everything I want except for a strong video card

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

the video card is onboard. some laptop video can be upgraded (rarely). this is something you can not do. you will have to send it back to the manufactures who built the laptop

if you attempt this yourself you will void your warranty and have a nice paperweight

Yeah, thats one of the pluses of the new Mobility 9600. Its one of the first mobile boards that allows you to perform upgrades on your own. Otherwise, like GroundZero3 said, you'll need to send it back to Toshiba to get it upgraded (if they even allow you to do that)
