sound blaster live! and live drive problem

i have a soundblaster live with the live drive.
the soundcard seems to work fine, but the live drive doesn't work at all. when i installed the correct driver from www.creative.com, it shows up as a driver for "soundblaster live! value" instead of "soundblaster live! platinum" which is what it is. i installed the right driver, and uninstalled my old drivers for my soundblaster pci or whatever... but it still doesn't recognize the live drive. can anyone help?!

okay, i got it working. the line-in 2 port doesn't work, but i use s/pdif anyway.
i still can't figure out why the driver's listed as "value" instead of "platinum"... i downloaded the correct driver.
but i'll leave it. as long as the thing works now.
