How do I change the sound of windows when it reboots?

When windows reboots it makes a sound that we all probably know, but how do you change that? I have Windows XP Home

Start > Control panel > Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices > Change the sound scheme.

If you want, download any .wav file to a specified folder that you want to hear for a specific action, browse that .wav and apply to your settings.
