lexmark x73 printer

If anyone can help me with my printer problem, I would be most garteful. I changed my cartridges, air bustered in side to get the dust out, cleaned it up and now my carriage goes to the right and then slams to the left and stays there. I don't know what I did to mess this up but I can't get it to work right. Can anyone help me?

my x73 started doing the same thing after changing cartridge. did you resolve this?
