pinoy87 is on a distinguished road

On some websites the text size can be changed by the viewer by holding down ctrl and scroller up and down with the wheel on the mouse.

How do I stop this from occuring?
It messes up the whole layout of my site.

I use Dreamweaver 4 to edit my site. I also understand the actual code of html.

I think that to prevent the user from changing the font size, you have to have CSS. Dreamweaver 4 has them
