Comcast ComSupport Who Uses it?

For those of you who uses comcast, Do you use the ComSupport downloadable thingy, or is it just a bunch of hula garbage like @home and ATTBI did?

I had one time used the @home thingy that came with it and eventually dumped it cuz i found it to be more garbage than anything. ATTBI never bothered with it.

Comcast not sure. it states that its suppose to help with online connectivity issues but I highly doubt that.

So post your answers, Yea Or Nea do/don't use it.

Sounds like the RoadRunner Netmedic thing. Pretty much just makes sure your TCP/IP settings are correct.

Looked at it, figured it was just another way for "the Man" to keep an eye on me, and said forget it

Figure if their FAQ can't get my wife's email working, what good will that thing do?

BTW, still haven't gotten her account to send email...what a joke.
