Probs with Jabber Client

ooo kay, I would love to get tkabber-0.9.5beta working here is the link: http://tkabber.jabber.ru/en/
I have downloaded it in my home dir. i have unpacked it. and now the only exe is tkabber.tcl. no config method so I go to the INSTALL to read... it says go to the REDME file.. so I do... the README file says to go to README.html... So I do that. The README.html file brings up how to buy a home..... Okay so I scrap that idea and go to the docs page located Here: http://tkabber.jabber.ru/en/doc/tkabber

first thing it says is that you need to Install Tck/Tk and the two mandatory libraries discussed in the next section which are Bwidget and Tcclib. I install BW, Tcclib, and Tck/tk just fine. Looks like no problems... I go to click on the tkabber.tcl like it mentions and only the code comes up. Now I am lost in what to do next... kinda frustrated so it is getting my mind boggled. maybe a fresh look at it would help.
