No displau with new Motherboard

I just put in a new K7S5A Pro motherboard into a new tower. It has no on-board graphis, but I do have a fairly cheap graphics card that worked perfectly before. Now I am encountering these problems:
1) When I turn on the power, everythign seems to run except the hard drives (which the settings probably need to be changed in the BIOS)....

2) but I am not getting any kind of display signal to my monitor. I am not sure what the problem is, but it is doign anyhting.

There are no jumpers for the video, and it is a PCI card. I really have no clue what the problem could be. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Are your fans spinning up? the CPU and PSU fans?

Also do you have another Vid Card you can test with? What kind is your graphics card.

All the fans are running properly. The graphics card is a AGI Radon (sp?) 9000...or something along those lines. I just took it out of my old board and it was workign properly. Please let me know if you have any other throughts...i appreciate it.
