I currently run Windows XP on my machine... and I'm having problems with Kazaa Lite. Whenever I double click a file to download it shows up as "queued" under the traffic tab, and it doesn't want to find users to download from. However I found that if I make myself a "supernode" under preferences, it will try to find users, but I can't search! What the hell is up?
Goto optins --> traffic. What does it say for "Max number of simultanious downloads"?
Make sure this is a high enough number the # of files you're downloading.
Is it just queued, or does it say remotely queued?
i just did so, to no avail. it also made my system crash (!!!) when i toyed around with the preferences. this really erks me, kazaa lite is my favorite P2P program!!
XP's been giving me all sorts of problems since I installed it on this thing, right when I was about to declare it the best Windows ever, too... I'll probably just uninstall it and try Windows 2000.
I would D/L a new file from Kazaa maybe ya got a bad file, or adaware removed one of the dummy files it needs to run,if you ran any kind of spyware remover that is
