wierd sound clip plays while browsing??

i just checked out a page on a local forum that i usually visit, and i heard a very low sounding clip coming from my speakers when i looked at a certain part of the page (very bottom).
theres not a flash file, or anything like that that im aware of of on there (all text, and some sigs)

i turn up the volume on my logitech z680s, and i hear what sounds like a sound clip from a song getting played backwards!
(very creepy)
