WIN95 RPC Message

Whenever I shutdown my PC, I receive the following message.....WIN95 RPC Wmsg Window....Program Not Responding. Started happening after I installed IE6 SP1. I'm running a Pentium II with WIN98 OS, which baffles me why I'm I getting a WIN95 message.

It's getting pretty annoying that I need to select "End Task" everytime I shutdown the PC.

Anyone have any ideas why I'm getting this message ?

The RPC window no longer makes the desktop unresponsive when new applications are launched.

You want the DCOM98 1.3 download.
