Chaintech 7NJS Zenith driver/digidoc probs

i just recently go a new mobo, the Chaintech 7NJS Zenith

specs:
Chaintech 7JNS Zenith (NForce2)
AMD Athlon XP2600+ 333mhz
Radeon 7200 64mb SD video
1x 512mb GeIL DDR400 Ultra CAS2
Windows XP Professional

i have two problems actually,

1st:
my sound doesnt work, i tried installing all drivers an applications that came with my motherboard and it still wont work
any ideas?

2nd:
after i install my digidoc software and i try to run it i get an error saying
"Error: Can't load MemAcc.vxd or MemAcc.sys"

I have the same board and have not had any problems what i think is rwong is that you just got some of those damn wires switched. make sure that they are all in the right place.

To fix DigiDoc. Run the setup program again and choose Repair. Then reboot. Should be fixed.

[Atomic Rooster]

It would be a good idea to re-check all your speaker connections and that they are turned on if powered. Also check to make sure that nothing is muted in the sound control panel.
