backup program

I am looking for a program that will allow me to burn a copy of my hardrive. Also, I would need an option to restore the copy if my system ever crashes. Could someone enlighten me as to the best program that I can use to do this with? Also, isn't there some good programs that allow you to make a copy of the registry and then restore it in the future if something happens? I am using Win 2000 Pro.

and with the registry i believe what your interested is what regedit can do

you can export your current registry and save it and import later.

Norton Ghost 2003 could certainly do what you`re asking
