help deciding on a board

ABIT IS7-G, Intel 865PE $158 new egg
ASUS P4P800 Deluxe $136 neww egg

Since I have no exp at this stuff I was hoping those of you in the know would help me understand which is best. I guess things like this are pretty subjective. I am interested in OC evnetualy when I learn much more. The main things that are important to me are stability, dependability, speed (of course) and the ability to upgrade later on. The price is the last deciding factor They are pretty close anyway.
