Problems with WinTV32

Hi. I'm not sure if this was answered somewhere else. I tried the search thing and I didnt see it so here goes.

Ok its been working fine for months now but when I unplugged my computer the other day to put in a new sound card, after I put everything back together it hasn't worked. my caps look like this...



I've tried changing my resolution and that didn't work and I have made sure all my connections are good and tight.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I don't know the fix, but it will probably help to know which tv program you run? I've seen that in descaler but never in wintv32/2000.

Edit -> Just noticed the title of the thread was wintv32 Sorry and BTW, welcome to TechIMO. I'm sure someone will be able to help
