Don't know about their own branded stuff, but the company itself gives excellent service. I've bought a number of things from them and they have arrived securely packaged and always delivered within 48 hours and that is using the standard delivery option too.

I would say give their stuff a go!

yeh i have brought ram and a G4 ti 4200 off novatech they are very fast i think the raqm arrived a day before it meant to and the GFX card arrived on time. i highly recommned them
