Kids XP Norton Update Crash!!!

Dear friends,

I am new user in "Windows XP Professional English". When I try to update my "Norton Systemworks 2003", I recieve the following error message:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. Runtime Error. Program: ...APPLIC~1\Symantec\LIVEUP~1\DOWNLO~1\EXITEM~1.3_ E\spa.exe Abnormal program termination".

Does anybody know please what can I do? What is going wrong?
I have installed 2 times (after disk format) Windows XP. When my operating system was Win 2000 Pro, I had no such a problem with Norton Systemworks Update.

Wait for your help!!! Please!!!

Thank you!!!

Not to assume anything, but is your NSW2K3 a valid retail copy or one of "those" copies?

Oh, where are my manners...

Try registering the program. Even if you registered it previously.
