How are these 3D Mark 2001 scores??

Hi there!
I'm happy to say I finally got my ATI Radeon 9700 PRO card, and all of my problems with a certain company (let's just call them PC W0nder place) are ironed out.
So, I ran the card and I'm getting great framerates, but I don't know about my 3D mark scores.

First Run:
1024x768 normal settings: 12,348

Then I thought to run it at higher settings:
1280x1024 6xAA 16x Anisotropic (? not sure about spelling): 6,789

Seems a bit low, or not?

I dunno.

Here's my specs:
Athlon XP 2200 @ 1.8 GHz
1 GB PC 2100 RAM
ATI Radeon 9700 PRO
59 GB Harddrive

that does seem a little low. By the latest drivers do you mean the 3.6's that were released yesterday or the 3.5s that have been out for a while? I'm having preformance probs with my 9800PRO. I'm only getting 14,000 something 3dmarks and I should be getting 2,000 more then that. I think it may be my drivers. Ever since the release of the 3.3's the drivers have preformed badly on my 8500 AIW. They seem to kill preformance so I'm going to try the 3.6's when I get home because they are supposed to fix this issue, but if they don't I'm switching back to the 3.2's. I'd suggest you follow the same course.

update, I tried the 3.6's and they didn't help me. Hopefully they will help you more. I'm hitting the 3.2's now. I think they should fix my prob, or at least I hope they do. I'll tell you if they do.

I tried them as well. I am moving on to the 3.2 cause they give me better performance.

I had no luck with them either, though I did find my vid card is clocked way lower then I think it should be. I'm starting to think my vid cards prob is that its a dud. Any way, if the 3.2's don't work for you I have a few other ideas.

First though I need to know what mobo your usuing. You should be getting about 13,000-14,000 3dmarks so your a bit below the mark I think. It might be due to bios settings like CPU throttling if your motherboard supports it.
