Can PostNuke do this?

Are there any PostNuke experts out there?.

I've got a client with an existing web site. They'd like to set up a new section of the site where the pages can be restricted to registered users who subscribe for the content.

Ideally, whatever system we implement will:

• Handle the Registration Process
• Be able to charge the user's credit card for the subscription
• Provide the functionality to create the pages & content
• Restrict access to various pages based on the level of subscription the user has purchased
• Be able to create newsletters

So, my question is, can PostNuke (and any number of existing add-ons) do all of this? If so, how?
