Motherboard/Ram compatibility

I am buying this motherboard:

and also this RAM:
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...tby=14&order=1 (the CRUCIAL MICRON 512MB 64x64 PC 3200 DDR RAM - OEM).

I am also running a P4 3.0 Ghz 800 fsb processor and a Radeon 9800 pro. If anyone knows if these components are compatible or if they aren't, please let me know.
