Misc help me!!!

im not sure what i goin on but... i recently cleaned up my hard drive, deleted some unwanted stuff, defraged it, than i restarted my computer.... than it said "NTLDR is missing press ctrl+alt+del to restart, there was no floppy in the floppy drive. i have windows 2000 professional, i recently became so bored because of not being on the computer i go out all my extra computer parts and assembled one together just to get on here and ask about this..... this is a *** computer and id like to get back on my nice computer :-) so please help me :-D

Welcome to TechIMO

Do you have the Win 2000 install CD? What you might have to do is reinstall Win 2000 or just repair it. If you dont have one borrow it from someone so you can install that necessary file that you need. Unless someone else has a better suggestion.

i cant get into my system, it doesnt let me boot, how am i supposed to get into my root if i cant get into my system at all?

Have you got a floppy disk that boots, made from win2K? If so, boot with it and try a sys c: (or whatever drive letter your boot drive is), and see if that fixes it.

No, just download a bootdisk image form www.bootdisk.com. Make sure it is a win2k boot disk. Then make a boot floppy, and do what I said above.
