Zone Alarm Pro Need help

I just got Zone Alarm Pro and setting it up i installed it and everythign was fine. I dialed back up and IE wont work and MSN messanger wont work. They have full access to everything. MSN gives me an error message sayin i should turn on a proxy. Anyone help me.

Open up a DOS window and try to ping google.com. If you can't, try disabling ZA, then try again. If you can ping it with ZA off, but not with it on, this will isolate the problem to ZA instead of some other connectivity or setup problem.

Are you sure the internet lock isnt turned on? Its towards the top right of the control center.
